Within UK: Our small to medium parcels (up to 15 kg) take 1-2 working days to arrive at your address. Large items (15kg+) usually take 4-5 working days.
International: We mainly use DHL, Hermes and Fedex unless there are any size/weight constraints in which case, we use the best available air/sea freight. Small to medium international orders are shipped via express delivery and arrive at your address within 3 working days. Large items can take 7-10 working days. You can easily track your item in the orders tab of your dashboard.
All new and used items come with DP guarantee which allows you a 30 days window to return your item with no questions asked subject to us receiving the item in the same state that it was posted out to you in.
